Better than Expected


So remember that big bullet point last week.  "Update to 2.3 and fix bugs" yeah, about that. I had 2... and they where mild at worst.  Thankfully by reading the patch notes I noticed that I need to remove the function call the conversion process added to my pregame setup script. This would probably have been my biggest headache if I hadn't nipped it in the bud.  

Besides that I've been animating the co-op character, Drizzy. Here's a preview of what I've done

 Looking at Nina's art I actually need to update it to match as now it looks lower quality, but that'll  be a slow burn as I get closer to game completion. anyway, on to the to do list!

Big TODO - 

  • Update GMS2 to 2.3, fix bugs that will inevitably cause.
  • tighten down controls.
  • Add Co-op
  • Polish up HUD elements
  • Revise level art.
  • retool Levels to be more co-op friendly.

weekly TODO -

  • look into issues brought up during SAGE
    • Floatiness
    • options menu crash
  • Re-tool controls to allow for multiple controllers/keyboard input sequences.
